When he was 18, Tristan stepped in the octagon to fight a dude 10 years older than him. From that moment forward, he knew he was a fighter.
Along the way, Tristan left the sport to try and acclimate to a normal way of living, but couldn’t do it.
Tristan Lindi (fighting out of the “Art of War” gym in Eugene, OR) joins us for a discussion about mindset, routine, and flow. We talk about what it means to be a fighter and how he came to terms with his calling.
