When you sit quietly and watch what arises—sounds, sensations, thoughts, emotions—you notice nothing is permanent. Everything flows from, and returns to, an unknowable space. The energy that arises from, and as, this space is the same energy that ignited the Big Bang billions of years ago…and its still happening NOW.

It hasn’t stopped.

We’re not living in a mechanical universe winding down; we’re living inside an ongoing explosion of being. You are the witness of these words, as well as the space in which the words appear.

The universe isn’t expressing itself around you—it’s expressing itself through you, as you, with no separation between witness and witnessed.
