How much space do we let others take up in our minds and in our heart?
As much as we allow
The idea is to empty one self to what is.
What exists. What is real.
Thoughts and feelings pass, just like the wind, the weather, and your breath
Let it flow and be present now.
Understand that we are not our thoughts, or our feelings.
We aren’t even the one observing these things.
We’re something deeper. Something infinite. Something all-inclusive.
And when someone (or something) shows up:
care
But when they’re gone:
let em go
Rinse & repeat ad Infinitum until you’ve never arrived
